ElevationHR’s PEO solution is where we share responsibility for employee life cycle management with our clients. The employer (client) retains control over work performance, while ElevationHR assumes responsibility for benefits, taxes and payroll. As the co-employer, ElevationHR pays the wages & employment taxes for worksite employees, while collecting and reporting taxes to state and federal jurisdictions. Our clients reimburse us for these expenses including a monthly administration fee based on the number of employees employed, all of which qualifies for valuable supplier diversity spend.
